Disability Services is located in Henry Pfeiffer Library room 103. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Due to the nature of testing accommodations, services to students and faculty may begin earlier or continue after hours and may require the office to close during the day to monitor distraction-reduced testing or to attend meetings. For this reason, emailing the Director is often the best way to schedule a meeting or phone conference.
The office is closed in the evening, so accommodated testing for night classes must be negotiated between the faculty, Disability Services, and student. Faculty may provide the accommodations or the student, with faculty approval, may arrange an alternate time with Disability Services using the test accommodations notification protocol.
The office is open and provides accommodated testing during final exams, following the College course exam schedule into the evening and on Saturday.
The office is closed during the months of June and July during which time the Office of Academic Affairs will provide summer session accommodations and schedule interpreters for meetings, as needed.
